A Personal Note

I have not been a diligent in posting here over the last year because of health issues. I am now entering a more robust treatment program that I think of as a huge time suck. The nature of the illness requires some aggressive treatment. Don't get me wrong, the prognosis is quite good, it's just that it takes time. Sometimes an entire day is lost for the treatments and sometimes the side effects last for two or three days more.

I will try to be more aggressive in responding to comments and posting those comments. I will try to add more to the blog as I can. I will note here that sometimes we're going to disagree, and the Varginha case is a good example. Several have mentioned investigations by others but I relied on my friend in Brazil because I know him. He is a reliable investigator and while he seems to come down on the side of alien visitation, he does not allow his bias to influence his work. I know some of the skeptics as well and while there is some of this "It can't be true, therefore it isn't," there are many who do study the facts objectively.  I admit I was impressed with my friend's analysis and side with him. But I also side with Jerry Clark who suggested that we wait until we have the whole story. I do fear that it will turn into a Roswell case where we still don't have a complete answer.

The point here is that health issues are slowing me down, so I ask for a little patience. I do monitor the comments frequently, but sometimes am slow approving them. I hope the situation is resolved in a few months and I can get back to normal. Thanks.
